Why isnt there an annual IPAD subscription?

I purchased a year subscription but have yet even get an issue. Ive emailed Sunset Magazine but they have been no help!!! Save your money! I feel totally ripped off!

Really like the app so far. Great addition to the paper copy.

It takes a long time and numerous restarts to get past the several ad pages. Flipping pages just loops the ads. Not user friendly. Wouldnt pay for it. I got free with paper subscription.

Your crappy app is stuck on my phone and I cant delete it or even open it. Its just darkened on my screen.

You cant even see the free preview

The only thing readable are the ads.. I wish I had bought the paper version.

WHY WHY WHY?! Why does this app consistently delete my downloaded and paid-for issues? Not just one version but all. Im currently re-downloading issues for perhaps the fourth time. What up?

Since the last update I have no access to my digital editions. Keeping asking me to purchase editions I already have. Sunset sends email to reset password. Unable to do that. Cant sign in or out.

I am signed in, I have an active subscription, yet it wont let me download new issues. It keeps asking me to purchase or sign in which I already am! Its a great magazine if I could only read it.

Impossible to find and read content of a story using this app. First page only. So frustrating. Note:800# for customer service: they have no idea--they are a contract customer service company that can help you download only.

App was pretty good. Can only view past issues, will not let me download anything new, asks if I want to subscribe. No place to input password. Whats going on with this app now?

I have also experienced great frustration. My digital version worked just fine for a year and then I have not been able to access my paid for digital subscription for the last six months. Customer service has just been one run around after another without resolution or satisfaction. Think twice before paying for this!

I have loved sunset my entire adult life, so it gets 2 stars for content. But the app is pretty lame. It deletes my saved issues seemingly whenever theres an update. So I may be getting on a plane and wanting to read some recent issues and find out too late that Id need to download them all over again. And again. And again. You can do better than this.

I cannot read past p. 44 on all the issues I have tried to open!

I love being able to read my magazine while Im on the go. Its easy to use, responsive and visually appealing. Good app!

Been downloading one issue for about two days now, when I am able to open the app and wait for it. It looks like its done, but still says downloading, not quite at 100%. Whats up with this? Back to my physical copy, I suppose.

Given the problems that arise with updates to so many apps, am I really supposed to update this just because your info under Whats New in Version 31.3.9 states "Please make sure youre using the newest version of the app"? Youve got to give us a bit more than that to go on. Sorry, not taking any chances.

Very helpful to be able to store my magazines on the iPad so I can declutter my house.
